Below is the ideal diet plan, which keeps you healthy, active and fit as a fiddle. It is however important to understand that for any diet plans to give maximum results, it is always accompanied by exercise. Amount of water consumed through the entire day should be at least 8-10 glasses. It should be strictly water and not any soft drink. Alcohol is restricted. A daily half an hour exercise is a must.

Sunday: Fruit juices, vegetables and brown rice.
